Mulitple Mailboxes
Each mailbox is assigned it's own extension so each department or key person within your company has their own personal extension.
Create the impression of a single office, regardless of the actual geographical locations of employees. Mailboxes can be used for individual employees, departments or even as informational mailboxes so you can give callers recorded information available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each mailbox can be programmed with as many Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer numbers as needed until we reach the appropriate party to take the call live, or you can set up your extension as a voicemail box where your caller will be able to leave you a message. Mailboxes can even be programmed to forward to you during business hours only, and after hours the caller could be sent to voicemail. Each mailbox has its own PIN code, Call Back and Pager Notification, Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer, Unlimited Voicemail Capacity, Instant Call Return, Virtual Calling Card and more.
